Ministries

• Patchwork Sisters Ministry continues to serve in the following areas: 

• Teaching - Janet Chen   All ladies Sunday School during Spring (Mar-May) and Fall (Sep-Nov), studying God's Word to grow in knowledge and faith, in order to be equipped to minister to others. 
• Prayer –  .  Personal prayer requests, corporate prayer meetings, and accountability prayer partnerships.
• Caring – Kieulinh Gin.  Opportunity to come along side those who may be ill or grieving, in need of encouragement and practical helps, such as meals or transportation. 
• Community Outreach – Jing Lee.  Opportunity to love our neighbors throughout the Valley through No Sew Blanket distribution to senior or group homes, baby bottle drive to support local pregnancy center, paper goods or food drives to support local food bank and local afterschool ministries, and volunteer at soup kitchens or other ministries.
• Sisterhood Fellowship – Pam Bakas.  Opportunity to commune with God and with one another around the shared life of Christ in our daily lives.  Themed fellowships with shared testimonies are held throughout the year, such as Soup, Shaved Ice, and annual cookie exchange.
• Discipleship - Lily Lee.  Come along side others and walk the journey of faith together to grow in the knowledge and relationship with Jesus Christ.  Experience God’s faithfulness together in Jesus Christ.
• Missionary Support- Henna Kim (Diane Jenson is on leave) . Regularly pray and care for assigned church-supported missionary and their families while serving domestically or overseas.  
• Special Events- Amy Mularz. Retreats and women’s breakfast with special speakers. Annual pastor appreciation dinner.
• Communications- Shirley Chang. Responsible for communication-related matters, including website, group emails, newsletters, Sunday school archives, and photos.
• Budget and Administration- Belle Capel. Responsible for committee meeting minutes, class attendance, reimbursement requests, and other administrative needs.
• Ministry Leader- Janet Chen.  Ministry liaison with church leadership.
