Patchwork Sisters will be hosting a special Christmas Tea Fellowship.  All ladies 16 and above are invited to join us to celebrate Christmas and have a blessed time of fellowship over a cup of tea, craft making and other activities.

Please sign up in the breezeway after the service or via Evite

Date : Saturday, December 11, 2021
Time : 1 - 4 pm
Venue : GPCCC Fellowship Hall

During this fellowship, we would like to hold a fundraiser for Joselin, a 17 year old girl from Rwanda. We came to know Joselin through Midori, Patchwork Sister's assigned missionary as part of the church's missionary adoption program.  More details of Joselin will be shared later.

We will hold a Silent Auction for Christmas decor/table centerpiece during the tea fellowship. If you would like to donate a new or gently used table centerpiece for the auction, please contact Pam Bakas by phone or by email for more information. Thank you for partnering with us in this worthy and meaningful cause.

2021 Fall GROW Class

Class Description

For the next three months, Patchwork Sisters will be studying Dr. David Jeremiah’s Bible Study Series on 1 & 2 Timothy during Sunday School hours.  1 & 2 Timothy were written by apostle Paul near toward the end of his life on earth.  Paul knew the challengers and conflicts Timothy and Christ’s followers will encounter as they minister and provide guidance to the churches. Therefore, Paul wrote these final epistle letters to encourage and empower Timothy and Christ’s followers in living and leading others for Christ.  We will be focusing on Paul’s instructions to Timothy relating to maintain integrity and faithfulness while witnessing, preach sound doctrine, pursue godliness and contentment, and maintain order.  Most of all, we will be concentrating on how to apply what we learn into our lives and build the church.

Class Schedule

Sundays from 11:10 am- 12:30 pm, Room B207-208, in person only (no zoom)

** Please contact Patchwork Sisters prior to first day of class to reserve a copy of the book.**

scrapbook materials

Dear Sisters, you are invited to the Patchwork Sisters Shave Ice and Card Making Fellowship on Saturday, June 26,2021 in the Fellowship Hall from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. We thank the Lord for this opportunity to meet in person after a year of virtual meetings, so come on out to fellowship. We miss you!

We will set up card making stations, where you can pick and choose to make as many cards as you like. We would like to request that you make one card to contribute to the  Patchwork Sisters card pile, and the rest will be yours to take home. Patchwork Sisters send cards out whenever someone  is sick or in need of encouragement, so this card stock pile will come in useful and handy.

There will also be a sign up for Shaved Ice items.  Please email Pam Bakas and let  her know what items you are bringing.  Thanks!
