Wonder Full World Retreat 2012

Calling all you wonderful ladies! We need traveling companions to join us for a whirlwind tour of the seven continents to go on a Wonder Full World journey packed with sisterly friendship, God and spiritual growth.

The theme this year is "Wonder Full World: where women explore God's love and wonder". It's an imaginative "I wonders" journey around the world...it includes worship, Bible study, travel-themed activities, and more.

Save the date, "pack your bags" and come:

Date: Saturday, May 12th, 2012

Place: Fellowship Hall GPCCC

Time: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Cost: $15 (including lunch)

Registration begins on April 15th, 2012.

We will also be doing a Food Drive during the retreat to benefit Chandler Christian Community Center. They are in need of: cereal, canned meat, peanut butter and cooking oil. Thank-you for your generosity

Women's Brunch

Remember the 2009 HeartSpa and the 2010 Bloomery Retreats? What about 2011?

Well, the Patchwork Sisters committee has decided to alternate the Day Retreat with Women's Brunch. So, this year we will have the WOMEN'S BRUNCH instead of a Retreat on Saturday, May 14th in the Fellowship Hall from 10 am to 12:30pm.

We will unveil the theme and introduce the speaker when we open for registration.

Bloomery Retreat Recap

Registration for the Bloomery Retreat (starting this Sunday)

Join us as we cultivate friendship with Jesus and other ladies at "The Bloomery: Where women blossom in faith and friendship". Together we will experience an enriching array of activities and devotions and freshen our hearts with bouquets of fun!

Date : Saturday August 28th, 2010

Venue : GPCCC Youth Room

Time : 9 am - 4 pm

Cost : $15 (includes lunch & journal)

Childcare : $5 (regardless of number of children)

Annual Retreat: The Bloomery

Last year, the Patchwork Sisters held a Heartspa retreat and those who came had a wonderful & blessed time. This year, we are going to have another 1 day retreat.

Do join us as we cultivate friendships with Jesus and others at The Bloomery: Where women blossom in faith and friendship. Together we’ll experience an enriching array of activities and devotions, and freshen our hearts with bouquets of fun!

The retreat will be held on Saturday August 28th, 2010 at GPCCC. We will begin at 9 am and finish at 4 pm. Do save this date and invite your unchurched friends to join us at The Bloomery.

In the meantime, we are soliciting for help in various areas from registration to decorating to helping out in the garden stations. If you would like to help, please contact me.
